Louisiana Hot Sauce : ウィキペディア英語版 | Louisiana Hot Sauce
The Original "Louisiana" Brand Hot Sauce has been produced in New Iberia, LA for decades. On April 3, 2015, Rome, GA-based Southeastern Mills, Inc. acquired the brand and the New Iberia manufacturing and warehouse facilities from Bruce Foods Corp. The Original "Louisiana" Brand Hot Sauce is a cayenne pepper based hot sauce, and competes with brands such as Tabasco® sauce, Crystal® Hot Sauce, Texas Pete® and Frank's® Red Hot®. It is packaged in glass shaker bottles, and the label features a distinctive red dot. The sauce is produced from aged peppers, vinegar and salt, and is marketed as "Not too hot, not too mild".〔(Louisiana The Perfect Hot Sauce ) Louisiana Hot Sauce does not contain xanthan gum. It is made from aged peppers, vinegar and salt. It is hotter than Texas Pete, milder than Tabasco (primarily due to the use of cayenne peppers instead of Tabasco peppers). 〕 ==Ingredients== Aged peppers, vinegar, and salt.〔(Louisiana The Perfect Hot Sauce )〕
